Abstract: The resistivity and magnetic susceptibility of the quenched samples for the Y-Ba-Cu oxides were measured at room temperature. The measurement for the temperature dependence of the amorphous Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu oxides with different heat treatment temperature was made. The resistivity and the parameters C in the formula x=X_0+C/(T-0)of the quenched samples for Y-Ba-Cu oxides decreased with lowering quench temperature, and their susceptibility did not vary monotonously with quench temperature. The tem- perature dependence of the amorphous Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu oxides gradually deviates from Curie-Weiss law with increasing heat treatment temperature. The local magnetic moments for Y-Ba-Cu and amorphous Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu oxides gradually decrease with decreasing quench tempera- ture or increasing heat treatment temperature.
