Abstract: The joint of 40Cr steel and TiAl based alloy has been studied by means of a high frequency induction diffusion welder. The experimental results show that, the higher the temperature and pressure, the higher the strength of the joints. The optimum parameters are: T=1123 similar to 1323 K, t=10 similar to 30 min, P=5 similar to 20 MPa.
