摘要: 通过铜模铸造的方法制备了原位生成TiC和TiCu枝晶相增强的Cu47Ti34Zr11Ni8块状非晶复合材料。研究了复合材料的热稳定性以及显微组织变化。室温压缩试验表明,同单相Cu47Ti34Zr11Ni8块状非晶合金相比,复合材料具有较高的断裂强度和可达0.2%~0.5%的明显塑性变形。

Abstract: Cu47Ti34Zr11Ni8 bulk metallic glass (BMG) matrix composites containing in situ formed TiC particles and δ-TiCu dendrite phase were developed by copper mold cast. The thermal stability and microstructure of the composites are investigated. Room temperature compression tests reveal that the composite samples exhibit higher fracture strength and distinct plastic strain of 0.2%~0.5%, comparing with that of the corresponding Cu47Ti34Z11Ni8 monolithic BMG.
