    Acta Metallurtica Sinica (English Letters) (ISSN 1006-7191, CN 21-1361/TG) started in 1988. AMS is an international bimonthly journal published in English. It mainly contains short reports of significant, original and timely research which reflect progress in the fields of metallurgy, materials science and engineering. This includes materials physics, physical metallurgy and process metallurgy covering the areas of mining and ore dressing, production metallurgy, foundry, metal working, testing methods, powder metallurgy, composites, welding and joining, oxidation and corrosion. Articles must appeal to an international audience.
